How a Ventures engagement usually works.
We start with a light evaluation of the opportunity: audience, current performance, monetization, and where we think we can add leverage. If it looks promising for both sides, we align on a shared plan, contribution split, and how upside is measured and distributed.
From there, we treat the asset like our own: performance roadmaps, experiment backlogs, and regular reviews of traffic, revenue, and what we've learned. You keep control of your brand; we plug in as the performance and infrastructure arm.
